Authenticated Sessions

Audit authentication attempts and terminate access

All authenticated logins are tracked and create sessions. All actions performed in the platform are tied to the session, creating a perfect paper trail for all changes. You can view all authenticated sessions and terminate access for sessions that have not logged out.

For security reasons, accounts on ReturnSuite are single user only and cannot be shared. Creating an account is free and collaborators can be added to any property at any time. It is against the terms of service to share an account with another user.

Viewing and terminating sessions

All authenticated sessions for your account (every time you input your password) will appear in the device sessions list. Each record includes the date logged in, the status denoting if the session is active and a description regarding how authentication was performed.

Sessions which are valid except for the current authenticated session can be logged out but pressing the button on its right. Expanding the row will include the most recent ip address it was accessed from, the device type, the duration it has made requests and the number of page requests the device has made. Logging out of the current session will mark it as invalid.
