Changing your authentication credentials

Actions changing the authentication or status of the account can be triggered in the user account section. Actions send immediate notification emails.

Changing your account email address

Changing your account email address will change the email you authenticate with and where notifications are sent. Updating the account's email address will send a verification email that must be accepted before notifications are sent. The previous email address will be notified of the address change.

Changing your password

You can update your password at any time using the change password action. You will be required to enter the password twice to verify the sequence. The password, while requiring no minimum length or rules, must be sufficiently complex to protect both your and ReturnSuite's security. It is recommended to select logout other devices will invalidate any other sessions that have been authenticated. Sessions can be viewed in the authenticated sessions section.

Deleting your account

Select delete account and complete the model form to confirm account deletion. This is part of a simple, no questions asked, deletion and cancellation policy. Re-entering your full name is the only required field to make it clear without a doubt you understand the implications.

Deleting your account will delete the user and any related properties, portfolios, and collaborator associations. Any subscriptions will be terminated and a final bill for any prorated services may be issued. An account can only be deleted when it is not the sole administrator of an organization with paid properties.

Deleting an account is permanent and cannot be undone. Records are immediately expunged from the database. All payment records and their associated identifying information will be kept for the minimum duration as is required by law.
