Your profile
Change how others see you and the user interface
Your profile settings determine how others see you and control how the user interface is rendered to you. Your profile is only visible to other users where you share an organization, those you are collaborating with or external viewers you have invited to view published documents.
Updating your profile
Update your profile by changing any of the form fields. Changes must be saved to take effect.
Profile fields
- Profile Photo:
- An optional photos only shown when a profile has been uploaded. The photo will be shown next to your name everywhere your name is shown. It will be automatically cropped to a square aspect ratio and will have all metadata stripped for your privacy upon upload.
- First name
- Your personal name. This name will appear in all email correspondence from ReturnSuite. Used for identification with collaborators.
- Last name
- Your family name or surname used for identification with collaborators.
- Job title
- An optional title describing your position or role within a company. This appears under your name when collaborating regardless of the account the property resides.
- Bio
- An optional biography or description of yourself or role in the organizations in which you participate.
- Display language
- The selected language ReturnSuite will display the user interface. Selections are limited to the languages ReturnSuite supports. This can be overridden when viewing reports. The display language is initially set on account creation from your device's country and language setting.
- Currency notation
- The symbols, abbreviations and formatting conventions for the selected country-language combination. This is used to format counts, measurements and currency values. This can be overridden when viewing reports. The currency notation is initially set on account creation from your device's country and language setting.
- Timezone
- The time zone in which you reside. While the user interface will adjust to the system time on your device automatically, emails will be converted and sent using this timezone. The time zone is initially set on account creation from your device's time zone.
