Notification Settings

Tailor your notification settings for your use

ReturnSuite sends notifications for all authorization events, significant changes made to an account, and daily activity summaries when changes were made during a business day. Certain notifications are only sent to the account holders to ensure they are aware of what is happening in their account.

All notifications can be disabled except for important notifications about your account and payment changes.

Adjusting notification settings

Notification can each be adjusted for push and email. Push will enable notifications in the browser, and email controls the emails sent. They will be sent in the language and time zone determined in the user profile.

All notifications occur when they happen except for the daily activity summary. The daily activity summary will be sent at 5:00 PM (17:00) at the end of each day in the user profile's selected time zone when activity has occurred.

Pressing reset all will update all notification settings to the default settings recommended by ReturnSuite. Changes must be saved to take effect.

ReturnSuite may add and remove notifications from time-to-time. When this occurs, the new notification's settings will be the default.
