Property Quick Start Overview

The steps and navigation of the quick start

The quick start will guide you through each of the elements needed to build a cash flow model. Additional details can be added later. Feel free to skip sections or enter in placeholder data.

The quick start does not need to be done in order. Selecting a step in the process pane will navigate you to that section. You can always return to any section at any time.

Desktop screens will show companion documentation on the right of the screen, providing a detailed description of each form element, its impact and how data can be inputted. Small screens will show abbreviated descriptions in tooltips when hovering on a form label.

Some fields in sample and reference properties appear with a lock icon. These remain fixed to ensure a consistent experience when exploring free samples.
