Selecting a sample

Begin modeling from a sample property

For your first property, we recommend starting with a free sample to get familiar with the process. Creating a new property launches the Quick Start—a flexible, step-by-step guide that you can exit at any time. You can always adjust all model components later in the property's model section.

There are three ways to create a new property.

New Property

Start from scratch with a fully customizable, empty project (paid).

From Sample / From Reference

Select from a variety of sample properties in different markets (free, with some restrictions).

Upload Model

Import an exported model or report creating a new property with the same details (paid).

The sample property selection includes a brief description of the components making up the model to help you make your choice. They can be loaded directly to the overview or can be edited in the quick start process.
