ReturnSuite Free gives you access to the platform to explore sample properties and view or edit models shared with you by collaborators.

ReturnSuite Standard gives you full access to all features, the ability to create your own properties, and organization management. Each property is billed monthly.

ReturnSuite Enterprise includes everything in Standard, plus priority support, flexible hosting options, and customization. Billing is based on your organization's needs.

You can switch between Free and Standard at any time. Moving from Free to Standard happens automatically when you add your first property and input your billing details. Moving from Standard back to Free requires all paid properties to be deleted from the system.

There is no contract or lock-in on the Standard plan. You can terminate your ReturnSuite account at any time. Services that have reoccurred are billed in advance. Newly added services are added to the next billing cycle. Any unbilled charges will be applied on account closure.

Subscriptions for individuals and organizations can be viewed and managed in-app under their respective billing tabs. You are in control reduce your billable services or terminate your account at any time.

ReturnSuite uses Stripe for secure payment processing. All credit cards supported by Stripe by region are accepted. We support Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Diners Club, China UnionPay (CUP), Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Cartes Bancaires and eftpos Australia along with Stripe Link.

If payment fails, the cardholder is notified via email and all properties on the account become inactive and cannot be viewed or edited until payment is restored.

On-demand is for a specific, well-defined question. After you send us your data, we build the model, walk you through it, and hand it over. It's a discrete engagement, typically completed within a few business days.

Advisory is for higher-complexity decisions where we work more closely with your team over a longer period using your data to answer questions that require deeper analysis, custom tooling, or ongoing iteration. Scoped individually based on what your decision actually requires.

We scope the work on the during a call before anything starts, so there are no surprises. If the scope changes during the build, we'll flag it before continuing. You will always know what you're being billed for before we proceed.

Yes, along with the ability to modify and make changes as you like. The model transfers to your ReturnSuite account after payment, and it's yours to update at any time. We would rather you be able to work independently than need to come back to us for every change. If you do want further support down the line, you can always book another session.
